The Little Old Dam Dixieland Band was formed in 2002 and has been making "happy music" ever since. The group performs at least 20 times per year. The LODB plays for many events where the Concert Band would just not be appropriate, or able to fit.
Playing events range from church services to birthday parties. Mostly the band plays for public events such as sporting or fund-raising events, but also plays for private gatherings such as large family reunions, picnics, or club-sponsored programs. Look at the past performances listing to see what type of events we have played for through the years.
In April of 2010, the Little Band played at the Alexandrian Public Library in Mt. Vernon, IN
It was the debut performance of new member Mary Ann Decker.

In 2004, 6 members of the "Little Band" lead the 700th Anniversary Parade in Newburgh, England.
