Official "Band Wearables" Page

The uniform for the Old Dam Community Band consists of a navy blue polo shirt embroidered with the band logo,
and Khaki or tan colored pants, shorts or skirts.  Hats are optional, but should be navy blue with our band logo embroidered on it.  The embroidered items are available from the band, and are priced at cost to the band.  From time-to-time, we will offer to special order a number of other band wearable items from our supplier, Queensboro Shirt Company.  Use the order forms below to place your order.  Some items are also available in white fabric, per request of some members.  They will also include the logo.  The forms are in pdf format.  Open them and print them out.
